The Rules – how Dry Feb works
The rules of Dry Feb are simple! Sign up and stop drinking for the month of February.
We also ask that you reach out to family and friends during the month and ask them to sponsor you for taking part. The money you raise will help improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Why take part?
The funds raised through Dry Feb will help people living with cancer by helping the American Cancer Society fund advocacy, research, and patient support – like Road to Recovery, which connects cancer patients in need of transportation to treatment with volunteers to get them there.
Having a month off alcohol has great health benefits, such as sleeping better and having more energy. So you're not only helping others, you're helping yourself. It's a win-win!
Golden Tickets
If you have a special occasion in February, you can always buy a Golden Ticket.
A Golden Ticket gives a Dry Feb participant a night off their challenge. For a minimum $25 donation, even a night off can still make a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.
When you use your golden ticket, remember that ACS recommends that if you choose to drink at all, women should have no more than one drink a day and men should have no more than two.
